Please note that original shipping charges, if applicable, cannot be refunded unless the return is a result of our error. Allow up to two weeks for return processing if sent via mail. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed. Please be aware that your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the transaction.
If you return your purchase to Regimenofficial.com by mail within 7 working days of purchase and paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the item's purchase price.
Damages and Issues

Exchanges
Product must be unused and in original packing. If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the item you have, and upon acceptance of the return, make a separate purchase for the desired item. A 50% shipping charge will be applied for exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
